Cookies and Storage
1. About this page
This page explains how the Stailan website (stailan.com) and the Stailan web application (app.stailan.com) use cookies and similar local-storage technologies. It supplements section 16 of our Privacy Policy.
2. What we store
Stailan uses only strictly necessary storage. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies on stailan.com.

Card data is never stored by us. Subscription payments are handled directly by Stripe, Apple, or Google as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. What we don't do
- We do not set cookies for advertising or marketing.
- We do not use analytics services such as Google Analytics on the marketing website.
- We do not share storage with any third party for cross-site behavioural advertising.
- We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-party storage on app.stailan.com
The Stailan web application loads content and services from a small number of third parties to provide its features:
- Supabase sets a session cookie required for authentication.
- Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout and customer portal pages, governed by Stripe's own cookie policy.
- Daily.co sets short-lived storage during live group rides to manage the video and audio session.
- MapTiler and GraphHopper receive your IP address and the coordinates of the map area you are viewing to render maps and compute routes; they do not set tracking cookies on our domains.

5. How to clear or block storage
You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time using your browser's settings:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
You can also block cookies entirely. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary storage above will prevent you from staying logged in to app.stailan.com or remembering your language preference between visits.
6. Changes to this page
If we add any non-essential cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting them. The version history of this page is available in the changelog.
