Everything you're wondering about before you get on the bike.

All you need is a bike, a smart trainer and a browser. Stailan runs straight in the browser on laptop, tablet or phone — no downloads, no dongles. Create a free account, connect your trainer over Bluetooth, and you're riding in under two minutes.

Stailan supports smart trainers using the FTMS or FE-C protocol over Bluetooth — including Tacx, Elite and Zwift trainers. You can also connect power meters, cadence sensors and heart rate straps. ERG mode controls resistance automatically during workouts and route simulations.

Yes. With a regular trainer and a power meter or speed sensor you still get live data, training plans and analytics. You only miss out on automatic resistance control — everything else works as normal.

You tell us your goal, the date and how many hours you can train per week. Stailan builds a periodized plan through base, build and peak phases, and adjusts it along the way based on the sessions you actually complete — so your form peaks on race day.

Yes — connect Strava once, and every session uploads automatically right after you finish, with power, cadence, heart rate and route map intact. Strava sync is included in every plan, including Free.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with one click in settings — no lock-in, no notice period. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then your account automatically moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
